Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully.

1. Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Under UK law, personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This includes any products that are made to order, engraved, printed with names, or otherwise customised to your specification.

2. Standard Items

If you are not happy with a non-personalised product, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must contact us in writing (via email or our contact form) within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once we’ve approved the return, you then have 14 days to send the item back to us.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair depending on the nature of the fault.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@occomore.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or sent in error.

5. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a faulty item, email us at info@occomore.co.uk .
